    George Walton is a retired Senior Patent Law Examiner from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) with 30 plus years of government service. Mr. Walton is current Owner and CEO of Patent Analysis Research Technology Systems LLC (PARTS), founded in 2005, in Arlington, Virginia. He is a Registered Patent Agent with a wealth of experience as an Intellectual Property (IP) and Technology Consultant and Advisor. He is passionate about providing IP and technical assistance for entrepreneur start-ups, small business practices, and independent researchers and inventors. Mr. Walton is known as the “Idea Motivator and Coach”TM.

Mr. Walton provides inventor coaching, patent assessment and analysis, and patent litigation support. He has a commitment to increase the knowledge about intellectual property assets and to establish more intellectual property-centric cultures within his targeted client communities. 

Mr. Walton, during his tenure at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), became proficient and highly skilled in the technological areas that deals with fluid systems and valve devices, piston devices, brake devices, internal combustion engine (ICE) devices, medical and bio-medical devices, clean and green and environmental devices, computer hardware devices, measuring/testing devices, dispensing devices, tools, amusement/sport devices and other mechanical and electro-mechanical devices.

Mr. Walton retired in 2004 and contracted with IBM from 2005 to 2010 as a Patent Agent and Technology Consultant, to research and to determine the patentability of many of their potential inventive ideas. He drafted, filed, and prosecuted IBM patent applications that were submitted to the USPTO for patent consideration.
